<h2>Where we deliver</h2>
<p>We currently deliver to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). All prices include UK VAT at 20%. There are no customs charges or additional fees to pay on delivery.</p>
<h2>Delivery times</h2>
<ul><li><strong>Dispatch:</strong> within 1–3 working days of your order.</li><li><strong>Delivery:</strong> typically <strong>7–15 working days</strong> after dispatch. Some items ship from our partner warehouses overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a UK-stocked retailer. We are upfront about this so you can plan – if you need something sooner, please check with us before ordering.</li><li>Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.</li></ul>

<h2>Tracking</h2>
<p>You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show its first scan. If nothing has updated for 10 working days, email us and we will chase it.</p>
<h2>Address problems</h2>
<p>Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we will refund the item price minus the delivery cost, or resend it at your cost.</p>
