<h2>1. Who we are</h2>
<p>nanalumina.com is operated by 52.774.808 Adriano Alves Ribeiro (sole trader / MEI), Brazilian company registration CNPJ 52.774.808/0001-20, Rua 03, Qd. 03, Lt. 06, s/n, Jardim Vila Rica, Acreúna – GO, 75960-000, Brazil ("Nanalumina", "we"). Contact: <a href="mailto:contact@nanalumina.com">contact@nanalumina.com</a>. These terms apply to every order placed on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.</p>
<h2>2. Orders and contract</h2>
<p>Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order (for example if an item is unavailable, mis-priced or we suspect fraud) and will refund any payment taken.</p>
<h2>3. Prices and payment</h2>
<p>Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery is shown at checkout. If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you before dispatch. Payment is taken when you place the order via PayPal or card.</p>
<h2>4. Delivery</h2>
<p>See our <a href="/policies/shipping-policy">Shipping Policy</a>. Delivery estimates are typical times, not guarantees; risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.</p>
<h2>5. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods</h2>
<p>See our <a href="/policies/refund-policy">Refund Policy</a>. You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.</p>
<h2>6. Product information and safety</h2>
<p>We describe products as accurately as we can; colours may vary slightly on screen. Read and keep the product's instructions and safety warnings. Products are not toys unless stated. Follow safe-sleep guidance (The Lullaby Trust) for anything used in or near the cot. Never leave a baby unattended with an electrical item, cable, blind cord or bath product.</p>
<h2>7. Our liability</h2>
<p>We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for business losses.</p>
<h2>8. Content and intellectual property</h2>
<p>All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use.</p>
<h2>9. Complaints and disputes</h2>
<p>Email us first – we aim to resolve every complaint within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied you may use the UK's alternative dispute resolution services or the courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.</p>
<h2>10. Changes</h2>
<p>We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order.</p>
